On June 18, 2011, Alyssa and the Ventura Mighty Vipers won the AYSO Section 10 Cup in the U-10 division.  Although Alyssa joined a club team, she remained on the Vipers for the grueling 20 game fall schedule in the U-11 division.  Alyssa scored over 50 Goals and contributed 20+ assists to help lead her team to the Championship Game against an undefeated Quartz Hill team.  Alyssa scored two goals in the 2-0 victory and her team received an automatic bid to the State Cup in Palm Springs.  With aspiration of making the USA Olympic Team someday, Alyssa left everything out on the field in the State Cup Championship Game.  They faced Quartz Hill who snuck in as the Wild Card team.  Alyssa went down in the first quarter of this game and badly broke both bones on her right forearm.  Her Viper Teammates battled into overtime and shootout where they WON the STATE CUP!  Alyssa will be out for a couple of months but she promises to return to action.  She has been invited to play up in the U-13 division with the Camarillo Eagles Club team to play in the US Nationals held in Utah in June of 2012!
