Value of the Popular Vote

A spreadsheet will be updated to determine the Value of the Popular Vote.  The mathematical equation will be calculated based on the following information:

• n = Total Number of Votes casted All Time for All Silver Honors Cards 
• b = Number of Votes for a specific card
• e = Money allocated to the Popular Vote
• h = Total number of cards printed in the specific run
• p = Popular Vote Value for an individual card in the specific run
